   I have had a lovely experience so far with the team at the Chapeltown Branch.    My house sale was extremely lengthy & the on-line conveyancing process was a nightmare, but the staff at Blundells kept me sane. I often felt they were the only people on my side. Nathan was always available, supportive and willing to find out what was happening. When he left, Debbie stepped in and was very proactive giving me regular updates in a friendly way. She was always on the ball & responded quickly to queries. Both staff had great people skills. I’d happily use Blundells again.

   We are in the process of selling my late mother's house and the service provided by Blundells, Chapeltown has been excellent. From the initial positive valuation by Hollie Fletcher, to the photographer visit and then the marketing and viewing process all have been first class. Nathan Bailey and especially Kirsten Cameron have called me on many occasions to inform me of how the viewings went and then guided me through the final bids in order to make an informative decision on which one to accept. Kirsten has been very friendly and supportive in this difficult time and nothing has been too much trouble. I know I can contact her whenever I need assistance during the remainder of the sales process. I would certainly recommend Blundells, Chapeltown to sell a house in the future as it has taken only 12 days from the house being put on the market to being sold subject to contract which is amazing in the present climate. The 5 stars award is definitely well deserved.
