   The property was dirty and very expensive and in an extremely poor state. The other tenants were rude, unfriendly and antisocial. At the end of the tenancy the landlord did not return my deposit as agreed and refused to answer any phone calls or respond to any emails after I moved out. Avoid these rip off merchants!
