   We recently bought our home through Dales & Peaks and the whole experience was genuinely excellent. From start to finish, the process felt smooth and well supported, and a big part of that was down to Fiona. She was incredibly helpful, proactive, and always quick to respond to any questions I had. Nothing felt too much trouble. She kept me updated, explained things clearly, and made what could have been a stressful process feel straightforward and well-managed. It’s not often you find an agent who genuinely cares about the outcome for their customers, but Fiona really did. I’m grateful for her support throughout the purchase.    We changed from a local/nationwide estate agent to Dales & Peaks, as we felt that we werent getting any support or communication with regards to our house sale but Dales & Peaks came highly recommended from friends. And they certainly did not disappoint! Within a couple of weeks we had viewings, and it didnt take long to sell at all! Our sale and onward purchase chain has been challenging but Lucy and the team have been fantastic. They've kept the process moving forwards, they've kept us informed along the way and to be honest - we couldn't have hoped for better service.    I sold my home with Dales and Peaks, from the initial valuation and marketing right through to completion the whole team were very efficient, professional and friendly and most importantly were always available to speak to. Lucy mostly managed my sale once I had a firm offer and whilst the chain was long she kept me informed every week with regular emails , she was very organised and knowledgeable and made a stressful house move run smoothly.    We have just recently just sold our house with Dales & Peaks and they have been exceptional. The process of buying and selling has been quite a stressful one for us and has gone less than smoothly but Dales & Peaks have been brilliant throughout the process. From the first point of contact to the stunning photos they took of our house through to the friendly and relatable staff who work quickly and efficiently. We sold our house in a matter of days and we believe this is all down to the marketing that Dales & Peaks did to showcase it! The staff are fantastic, really responsive and nothing is ever too much trouble. Thank you for making a really difficult and stressful process as easy as possible! We would highly reccomend and wold 100% use them again when we are ready for our next move!

   Had a property offer accepted and received a letter saying offer had been accepted. Apparently we failed ID checks giving them passports and driving licenses. So they were trying to find out why and started asking us for bank statements from 2 years ago which was weird. We paid for solicitors and mortgage advisor and then we was informed that viewing went ahead and some else purchased the house that was a cash buyer and we wasn't informed until next day. Very very poor
