Went there at 3pm and was told to come back after 5pm for my medication only to come at that time and being told that I will get it tomorrow through delivery. If they said that they didn't have it at the start I would have went to another pharmacy instead of waiting for it to come
Where do I start! so unprofessional. I went in the morning to collect some medication and was greeted by someone who had no idea what he was talking about. I then was told there is no pharmacist present on site! Which is absolutely shocking for a community pharmacy. I was told to come back later. I continued on with my day, then later that evening I went back with my prescription to find the pharmacy closed! This is so unprofessional.
they don't open on time, only when they want to. I waited a long time for the opening and nothing. I had to go somewhere else. very disappointed
I am so fed up with this chemist they are all useless the phone is never answered by the same person iv started on a menjargo jab I rang for a new pen last Saturday on Thursday and again this morning I need that pen for 11oclock this morning and it’s know 7.30pm and I’m still waiting now my jab is a waste of time to take if anyone reading this knows of a reliable chemist that delivers on time please let me know as I am looking to move asap
I had called 10 pharmacies trying to get my medication …all out of stock of what I required. Called this pharmacy, very helpful indeed . Excellent opening hours 7 days a week till Midnight . Only down size could be the parking,though we were very lucky and pulled up right outside. 10/10 for service on the phone,in the pharmacy and would use again .
Not professionally operated, wrong opening hours on google, people seeing the main shutter not side window if you not advertising well for it, it is not hard to put window on the street and the main entrance, if you say we are serving through window in the hidden side but still there is a comment says even the buzzer not answered, that why I’m saying not operating professionally.

Terrible, lack of communication, worst organisation, NHS must take action and cancel the licence sure
For all the reviews that say this place was closed, they have the shutters down so it looks closed but if you go round the side there’s a little window hatch with a buzzer on the wall and someone then comes and serves you at the window. I too initially thought it was closed as there’s no sign of life at at unsociable hours.
Nor open when states. Currently 09.16 on a Sunday - states open from 08.30. I suggest you edit this. I would think it would make good business sense
