Peakstones was a huge find, I had been looking for a flat near Kelham Island for ages when finally I found the perfect one with them. I had many questions and Taylar was amazing in answering all of them, being a nice and comprehensive person, on top of being professional. During my stay they were also great, quick to communicate and always helpful. Unfortunately I had to move to another city for work, and again they went beyond to help me ease the transition as I heeded help with some bits at the end of my tenancy, Tariq, the director, was so nice to assist me and I only have great things to say about all the staff. Hi, We decided to sell our property as we were given the opportunity to purchase a family members property who had sadly passed away. Tried to bully me into paying for professional cleaning which is illegal, would not recommend renting from this estate agents unless you want them to try take money you don't owe them. Regarding the reply from the owners. I do not know anyone you have evicted, I returned my keys to you 3 months ago so you should double check your system
For somebody coming to a new country trying to find a place to rent, Suncasa is the place to go. From the get go they made everything easy and clear and even helped with arranging our electricity and water online accounts. The follow up they have on any of your complaints is very propmt and they keep in touch to make sure the problem was solved. The deposit was returned with very reasonable and fair deductions and they even helped us a lot when moving on to our next property even though they were not our agents. All in all dealing with them was amazing from Tariq to Taylar to Eric thank you all for making our move to country seamless and pleasent.
I rented a flat where Sun Casa were the letting agent for 4 years and never had a single complaint. The flat was good quality and I never had an issue with it. They were always very responsive to any queries I had and friendly. Also very fair and reasonable when returning my deposit. I would happily go through them again if I was looking to rent.
Used Sun-casa for selling our house, the fee is very competitive, the owner genuinely care for his client, all questions and matter are dealt with swiftly and professionally. Definitely will recommend to friend and use again if rent or sell in future.
