Great service from Hunters Woodseats. They gave me confidence right from the initial valuation, taking the time to explain how it was calculated and where my property would sit on the market. I really appreciated that the agent carried out the viewings themselves, rather than sending a key holder who might not have known the property as well. The online portal made it easy to keep track of viewings and overall progress. Alongside this, I received weekly phone updates, which kept everything clear and on track. At my request, Hunters also provided recommendations and quotes from solicitors, who were equally fantastic. It was a smooth, well-managed process from start to finish, and Hunters kept me informed right up to completion day. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again in the future.
The staff at Hunters were all really friendly and helpful. From the outset I got clear and practical advice from the valuations team, ensuring that I got a good sale price and that I was well prepared ahead of putting the house on the market. The sales process was complicated by the fact that I was selling two properties - including Mum's - and co-ordinating the sales was a serious challenge. The excellent support from Hunters' sales team really helped with the comms, without which I'm not sure we'd have ever got to the end of the process. I have no hesitation in recommending Hunters to anyone selling their property.
We used Hunters this year for the sale of our house and a purchase. The purchase did not complete in the end but the sale did complete! Throughout the process we had a lot of assistance from Sophie and Joanne and we were really happy with the service provided. We had an accepted offer on our house very quickly after the house went on the market. There was a long chain and it took a long time to complete but Joanne was committed to chasing the chain until finally the process was completed relatively smoothly. Although we weren't direct clients of theirs (we bought a property they were marketing), Jo and the team took complete control of the entire chain, ensuring all parties were kept up-to-date and the sales/purchases were progressing as everyone would like.
