   This is my favourite nail salon! I have been going here for around a year now. The staff are always so kind & welcoming, they take the time to remember you. I always ask for new & different things and I always leave absolutely loving my nails. At Christmas I asked for little trees, they were beautiful, last time I asked for little flowers and have received so many compliments! If ever I have asked for tips / nail art, they have always confirmed how much it will be before they proceed so I am a bit shocked at the previous review. Especially as I have been having nails / toes done for around a year now and always know the price before I pay. The massage chairs are an amazing extra when having a pedicure and the warm towels at the end are a lovely bonus that I haven’t always had for a manicure. I have recommended multiple people to use Bella Nails and was recommended myself. The one time (only once in a year!) I had chipped a few nails quite soon after having them done, they corrected them for me straight away and didn’t charge. I actually really look forward to my appointment and haven’t always felt like that at other salons I have been to. Thank you Bella Nails for all that you do, 5/5 stars from me ❤️

   The place is rarely busy and while thats good to be seen right away, I wonder if there is a reason for it They Rush and try get you in and out as fast as possible I had to go back a few days later after getting my nails done because the person who did them rushed and messed it up I then ended up having someone who who broke my skin and made it bleed now all my fingers are really sore

   I really did not like this place. The one benefit was that it was not so busy that I had to make an appointment but I guess I now know why! The place looks really unprofessional, the equipment is old and dirty. I only needed my acrylic nails taken off. When I finally got a chair, she hadn’t washed her hands after she’d finished with the last client. Although she was nice (personality-wise) she was so rough and rushed! The nail shreddings got all over my clothes, in my hair, on the floor etc. She used the roughest file and caught my skin multiple times. After soaking my nails in acetone, she used the same file to take the remaining parts of the nails off which damaged my own nails leaving very visible scratch marks all over them, right to the nail bed. She then used a very rough manual file and shaped my nails completely contrary to their natural shape which I had to fix myself on the way home in my car! I thought when she had finished this, she would put some kind of cuticle oil or nail hardener to take care. Nope. She just put clear OPI nail varnish and told me to wash my hands. It was the worst nail shop experience I’d ever had and I will not be returning EVER!
