I went there today to buy gift vouchers after reading the positive reviews and seeing the treatments on offer. Unfortunately, the place was closed even though it’s still listed as “Open” on Google, and you can still book appointments and buy gift cards online. I’m glad I checked in person first.
I recently had a facial treatment with a truly knowledgeable and professional lady " Mahroo" and I must say, it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. She took the time to understand my skin type and concerns, explained every step of the process in detail, and used high-quality products that left my skin feeling refreshed, smooth, and glowing. Her expertise and gentle approach made me feel completely comfortable and relaxed throughout the session. It’s clear she is passionate about skincare and truly cares about her clients’ results. I could see and feel a noticeable difference in my skin right after the treatment. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a top-notch facial experience. I will definitely be coming back!

I visited Aurora Spa Chiswick for a Hollywood wax and was really happy with both the treatment and the overall experience. Mahroo was incredibly friendly and welcoming, and she did an excellent job — thorough, professional, and as comfortable as possible. The spa itself has a lovely, calming atmosphere with candles lit, relaxing music, and a beautifully designed interior that put me at ease. I’ll definitely be returning and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a high-quality treatment in a peaceful setting!
Good Skin Treatment Mahroo, positive Results,she is very professional and fully explained the procedure.most of the deep lines in my face gone with very natural look and finish.it is given me so much extra confidence. I had a facial and manicure. The manicure turned out really nice and the facial was relaxing.
Precious was amazing, such a calm and serene person. Whilst my mask was drying she even gave me a neck and head massage. My body felt so relieved and light. I went for a deep cleansing facial, my skin is glowing. Would definitely recommend it, I had a wonderful experience. They take their time with your skin, I did not feel rushed at all.
Had a pregnancy massage a few weeks ago, the staff and the atmosphere was amazing. However I was 32 weeks pregnant so for me was really hard to lay on the back so I had to move on my sides. Perhaps there should be time limit suggested before purchasing until which week it's the best to have the pregnancy massage. But apart from that I really cannot fault the experience at all.
Had an incredible facial from part of the teenage skincare range. My skin feels so rejuvenated and fresh after it suffered during exams! I also had my eyebrows and eyelashes tinted before a holiday and I'm so thrilled with the result and will definitely be back soon! A beautifully decorated salon and the staff are so lovely and friendly. Would definitely recommend!
