I've had a very good experience with this pharmacy. The staff are friendly, professional, and always ready to help. It's my second time it saved me running to the hospital and waiting for a doctor's appointment.

This chemist is so disorganised, I had to wait for 2 weeks for my prescription medicine and then the item was unavailable, then I requested a new script so I could get the item from another chemist, sadly this new script was only able to be used for this chemist. So I had to wait again while a new script was produced which I was finally able to collect elsewhere. This medication is readily available and to be told for 2 weeks it was not Available was disappointing. I even asked the staff to supply me an equivalent but they refused. The lady who served me showed not the slightest concern that I was without important medication for 2 weeks. Inept and unhelpful staff. Avoid.
