   The Manor Hospital gave an emergency prescription to my partner and signposted us to your Pharmacy stating you are open until 6.30 today. Having visited at 5.50 you clearly you were not. Your website also stated you should have been open. Took a photo with the shutters down and lots if post piling up inside the door. Don't visit without ringing first. Unreliable website. Would have given zero stars if was able to.

   I always support independent pharmacies and after losing faith in an Aldridge pharmacy chose to have my prescriptions electronically sent to Broadway. My prescriptions are always filled in a timely manner and when repeats are issued without my knowledge they ring me to arrange collection. The staff and pharmacists are both pleasant and professional and always helpful with queries. As there main prescribing business is with the medical centre over the road I can understand why they elect to close at weekends but for those needing prescriptions filled early Morrisons pharmacy is open 7 days a week. I have no hesitation in recommending Broadway pharmacy.

   Need to improve alot, so many times my parent's prescriptions wouldn't be ready on time, I would regularly have to go to the surgery to sort it out. Sometimes I wouldn't even be informed on time and we all know that this pharmacy is closed on weekends which always made problems worse. They can do alot better.
