   The primary issue was the landlord repeatedly entering the property at various times of the day without any prior notice. He would let himself in unannounced. On one occasion, he entered the house after working hours; I had just stepped out of the shower and found him standing in the hallway. I reminded him of the legal requirements for entry and informed him that he was on the property unlawfully. Due to the ongoing nature of these incidents, I sought legal advice. The solicitor confirmed that the landlord had breached several laws on multiple occasions and stated that his behaviour could amount to harassment.

   I wrote a review of Croft Building, but I'm writing the same review here because I think it's right for everyone to know how good this place is. The best place I lived so far. I absolutely love be able to communicate and have instantly reply to any enquiry I have. Staff is awesome. Especially Catherine and Kate. Gone above and beyond to make my move easy and smooth. Made me feel more then welcome to be here. Also a shout out to the maintenance team that refreshed the flat for me, fresh paint, brand new furniture, flooring and washing machine.    We rented one of thornsett’s properties for over a year. It was the smoothest renting experience from moving in, to extending our tenancy to moving out. The maintenance team is super responsive and helpful. We are now unfortunately moving to a different city but we would rent with them again if we could!

   Honestly, feel scammed. When moving out we obviously used the bin to get rid of some stuff, but so were other people as we were living in a block of flats. Apparently, the bin was overfilled and £100 was taken out of our deposit. As if we were the only people living there. Mind you, we didn’t bin that much and thornsett couldn’t even produce evidence that it was us overfilling the waste bin. When challenged on this deduction, thornsett said all of the flats were charged but again, could not provide evidence for that. Employees were so rude and unhelpful in this whole situation. I believe it was just us being charged. Wouldn’t recommend

   Our oven broke yesterday, right before Christmas! We originally thought we’d have to wait until New Years for the ordered in part but not even an hour later an entire new oven is hand delivered and installed by Brad! Christmas is saved! Thank you so much to Brad and the Thornsett Team!

   I have been staying at a property managed by Thornsett Properties for a little over an year. So far it has been an absolute delight, the apartment is well maintained, the staff at the front office and the maintenance team are super helpful and friendly. Would definitely recommend!

   A great maintenance team are always very helpful and prompt with Thornsett. Special mention to the young lad George who came in multiple times in a week to help fix our boiler. He tried absolutely everything and worked tirelessly to help us out, never complaining. Got the job done perfectly despite a lot of damage. We're very thankful :)

   We put trust in Thornsett Properties to turn this house into something it wasn’t. So happy with how it turned out. Brand new kitchen and extension making it much more spacious for the seven of us. Also got full new bedroom furniture which makes it feel more homely. Very happy with the work and excited to spend the year here.
