   I just want to say a huge thank you to Mahesh the pharmacist—he was incredibly helpful and made sure I got exactly the right medication. I was feeling really unwell, and thanks to his knowledge and care, I’m now feeling amazing! He took the time to explain everything clearly and made the whole experience so easy and reassuring. Love this pharmacy—it’s honestly the best. Friendly service, great advice, and people who genuinely care. Highly recommend

   I've been looked after by the Pharmacy for several years, they take care of my monthly prescriptions via one phone, keeping me up dated if any problem's arise with GP response to meds requests. The staff/Pharmacist are always polite helpful & knowledgeable with advice & direct you with any problem's you may have. I also recieve my COVID & Flu jabs & have no hesitation given this excellent Pharmacy 5 stars......

   Sorry to say that but the staff here are not nice. Each and every time I went they seemed too annoyed to serve, if I went in need of advice I got dismissed with none and when I talked they always made faces at my accent (which, I mean, it's normal to get that sometimes but here is a constant with every different member of staff!). It must be a very miserable place to work in!

   I have been with this pharmacy for ten years. Never had a problem. Always helpful and polite and the pharmacist goes above and beyond what they need to do for customers. Please note that if the pharmacist is not on the premises during the hours of 1 to 2pm staff are not allowed by law to give out prescriptions. The Pharmacist has to have a lunch break like anyone else.

   I have been coming here for a few months now, and the service seemed good. Today, I came for a prescription only to be told they couldn't scan my prescription out as the pharmacist was on his break between 13:00-14:00! I'm not sure why pharmacy staff can't give you your prescription as they only scan it out. Even when the pharmacist is there, they have no input when collecting a prescription, it was electronically sent to them and done prior to me collecting! Looks like I will be changing pharmacies again!

   Used this pharmacy for years but so disgusted this week by the attitude of the pharmacists, even to the point of telling me my DR was wrong... charging me twice for one medication and only one item on the prescription, the attitude was a disgrace, pity the ladies that work there are so nice, won't be using them again..

   Very disappointed. The NHS website lists the pharmacy as open from 9-1 today (Easter Saturday 2022). The NHS site lists the Easter Bank Holiday closure dates, so they have obviously uploaded their holiday opening hours. However, the pharmacy is closed. As we had an essential electronic prescription ordered there, we are having to try to arrange an emergency prescription at an alternative pharmacy. Those reliant upon pharmacies do so for crucial health reasons, which makes this kind of failing so poor.
