   I went in looking for medium sized bandages and walked out with conforming bandages as a substitute as they didn’t have any medium bandages in stock, one of the staff tried finishing my sentences was fairly short with me. I’m not sure what I did to deserve that. Not the best experience. Will try to avoid in the future.

   I travelled from Lancashire to Birmingham to see my son and family. While there I developed a rash on my leg and back. I then developed severe muscle cramps in my leg which kept me awake all night. Being a long way from home and being Sunday I couldn't get to the doctors so I looked up recommended pharmacy. There were a lot in the area with poor reviews so I travelled 11 miles further to Hagley Road pharmacy and I'm glad that I did. I was greeted warmley and taken into an examination room where the pharmacist diagnosed Shingles. He gave me some tablets that I have to take 5 times a day for a week. The lovely assistant even took my blood pressure while I was there. All round fantastic service. I highly recommend Hagley Road pharmacy. It is worth the extra distance for a top service and a spot on diagnosis. What a team. Thank you guys.

   This used to be a good pharmacy but it's deteriorated. The Pharmacist is always busy and very helpful, it seems there is a system failure. Prescriptions ordered day's earlier are not ready, the IT system keeps going down and you have to go back hour's or day's later.

   Really awful. Never answer the phone. Try yourself. Never open at 9am. Always late. Too long to sort prescriptions. Have to go in many times to get the prescriptions handed to me. Missing drugs. Sometimes no pharmacist to dispense.

   The service at this pharmacy is extremely poor! No matter how many days in advance the doctor sends the prescription to them it is never ready to collect. They have also stopped sending text message notifications when repeat prescriptions are ready & when you go in there is always a queue at least 10 people deep. It has been like this for the last few months & it is getting worse! Today, a lady in front of me tried to ask the manager why the service had deteriorated so much and she was quite rude & very defensive with her response! I dread going there but it’s a case of having too as that is my local pharmacy!

   Don’t answer the phone every time I call ???? that’s been 3 times in past 2 months just rings and rings… visited one day this week in need of some items for my eyes, as its not to far from me this is why I choose this chemist but they was closed don’t know why ? sign up in door saying sorry we are closed” during opening hours, must have been a good reason! but I would not have wasted my trip they had answered the phone so I could have asked if they had what I need in stock etc I didn’t know they would be closed! What’s going on ? not good service had to drive much further distance to another pharmacy

   I called in here recently to pick up a Click & Collect order, 7 people in front of me for various things, those picking up prescriptions told to come back in an hour after pharmacist finished lunch even though many said they’d ordered days ago ? Very such slow service, I will never choose this Lloyds again to collect anything. They need to sharpen their ideas up or most folk will go elsewhere.
