I went there a few days ago. The people were very rude. The pharmacy wasn’t even clean everything was scattered everywhere. They were giving me free paracetamol that I didn’t even need.
I called in for some kind of infection I had on a Sunday evening as an emergency. I visited the place face to face for a consultation. I must say their service was beyond outstanding. Given me antibiotics along with pain killers too. They are very well mannered and look after you. I will start going to this pharmacy from now on wards.
I’ve never known a pharmacy take so long. It felt like the staff were more busy chatting and eating than actually getting on with the job. Maybe it’s just a daytime issue, because when I’ve been on late nights at weekends it’s been fine. My recent visit was very disappointing, to say the least
I visit Hills Pharmacy regularly, and the service is consistently excellent. The staff are always warm, helpful, and well-informed. They make every visit easy and ensure I get what I need without any fuss. The pharmacy is tidy, efficient, and dependable. Truly great service every time — highly recommended!
I hadn't been here before and almost didn't find it. I was collecting an emergency prescription and went to Hilltop Pharmacy at first as the address is similar. This is across the road and round the corner and was closed. It would be useful if there was a sign telling you that the nearest pharmacy is nearby when this one is closed. Hills pharmacy is very small and cramped especially when it's busy so not much privacy. There was a small room available for private consultation but I witnessed two patients showing their symptoms to everyone; one was an infected and weeping insect bite. The other had a dressing that was weeping. The pharmacy seemed quite chaotic and was bursting at the seams with uncollected prescriptions stuffed everywhere and unchecked delivery boxes. There was a young lad serving who seemed very inexperienced. He had to keep going behind the scenes for information and then coming back which caused a queue quite quickly. I wouldn't want to go here again.
I have used this pharmacy for several years but recently I have experienced issues with one particular staff member who happens to be the manager of the pharmacy. This man (Attique Shafiq) is one of the most rudest, obnoxious, arrogant men I have ever come into contact with and I have worked for the NHS for over 25 years. I am appalled by his attitude towards his customers (and towards his own staff) and am amazed he has any custom at all. I had never experienced this before when using this pharmacy and can only assume it is because of the new management. The manager needs to be a little more mindful and show empathy when dealing with customers and their prescriptions. He also needs to take direction from his own staff members who have always been polite and courteous.
Horrendous service. My elderly mom should have had medication delivered. She called to check and they said no drivers and would deliver 3 days later. This left her without medication and they hadn’t let her know. They couldn’t care less when you could eventually get through on phone Worst customer service and there dealing with vulnerable people
Really happy with Hills pharmacy, open late for emergencies and always seem to have what you need. Staff are really friendly and always take the time to ask about my daughter Eve.
Attique always offers excellent service to customers; he is prompt,efficient, and polite. He is very friendly and caring.
Sunday 27 Nov 22 Sign outside says open at 11am, Internet says open 10am. Waited in the cold weather from 10am until 11.20. Still not here. I have poorly young child, its not good enough. Disgusting behaviour.
