Just been in late to buy some sleeping tablets as I am decorating late nights all week and I'm very disappointed that I'm paying for the most expensive tablets where as the cheaper ones are on the shelf yet because there is a queue short direct answers are given and thank you and sod off seems to be the order of the day.

Allways get my prescriptions from here but enough us enough with the constant waiting for my order, yesterday a customer came back has they had given her the incorrect amount of medication and eventually they supplied the correct amount despite denying it at first this has happened to myself also when I was left short of my monthly order. Also yesterday they couldn't find my prescription order from the doctors after 10 mins they eventually found it. Waiting time is ridiculous at times need to change to another pharmacy on my next order.

Came in last night on Saturday met the sweetest member of staff very nice and understanding and helped me find the product I needed. She went out of her way and was very sweet. Highly consider going to this pharmacy on a Saturday night

Terrible service. Went in on Friday lunchtime to obtain a prescription. 2 lots of the same tablets but different strengths. After 30 minute wait told they weren't available but they could order them in for Saturday. Returned on Saturday only to be advised that only the 10 mg tablets had arrived. Then told tablets coming from two different suppliers, one of which didn't supply on a Saturday. Would have been helpful to have been advised on Friday. Pharmacist totally unintetested. Couldn't advise if tablets would arrive on Monday. Would have expected far better service.

30 minutes wait to get my one item prescription and I was the only customer. Unfriendly staff. If you need a better service or you are in rush, for sure avoid it. Just example of bad service.

Told me I could get a product in store when I phoned, so drove 4 miles to the store only to be told that they donβt actually have it stock and weβre reluctant to order it in. Rude staff members and pharmacist was the one I spoke to on the phone originally did not want to come out and speak to me when I wanted an explanation as to why she told me she had it in stock 25 minutes before. Would not recommend. Go to a independent pharmacy weβre they actually are about customer service and want to build a relationship with you.
