Absolutely in love with my Halloween nails, soon going back for my Christmas set and can’t wait!! It was my first visit at Lilly’s as I’ve only recently moved to the area and I’m very excited to go back!!! :))
I’ve been coming here for years and they never disappoint! My manicures and pedicures always turn out perfect, the staff is friendly, and the shop is always clean. Consistently excellent service—I wouldn’t go anywhere else!
Amazing nail technician and lovely person. He is so caring, precise and also great to chat with. My messy hands were transformed and he did exactly what I asked for. A real pro. Anna also did an amazing job with my runner’s feet… they don’t look like mine anymore! So professional, thorough and a great gel polish. For once I don’t want to put them in anything but open toe sandalls!

Damaged my nails. Went to get acrylics removed and they were late for my appointment. I asked to pay by card or bank transfer but they said that they only take cash and then a lady came in 15mins later and paid by bank transfer. The lady filing my nails was very rude and when I asked why I had to pay by cash she began aggressively filing my nails down leaving some areas of my nail painfully thin. In response to the owners reply: I booked for acrylic removal and shellac but as the appointment was late I only had time for acrylic removal. Later in the appointment I kindly asked why I was made to pay by cash and why another lady by bank transfer. The response is exactly the type of rude behaviour I faced in the salon and now I’m being falsely accused of lying.
I'm really shocked how unprofessional and bad the customer service is. Sadly is one of the male workers who deals with bookings and phone calls who is really umpleasant and rude to costumers. I've seen it before but this time was with me - Because i asked for a design i had required before ( and they did before several times) that staff member said he couldn't do it because it would take too long and i'm a" difficult to please" client - this never happened before with other staff members but previous time i had to tell this same worker that nails were not looking the same in both hands, so obviously he's not skilled. Also they are terrible with bookings, they dont respect the times and just take cash. I don't mind that but on my first time in the salon that worker wanted me to leave my bag and phone in there unnatended while i was going to cash point on the other side of the road, which i refused.
I always come to Lily’s and they never disappoint! Highly recommend. Good quality nails and not too expensive!
