The shop is lovely and the staff are great, however for the price I think the service leaves a lot to be desired. I got gel x nails (I get them often) and the service which usually takes me an hour, took me 1hr30. I wouldn’t mind the extra time if the result was of a great quality but it wasn’t. The shaping was completely off and as I was in a rush, I didn’t even have time to get it corrected. After spending £71 on the nails I have had to resort to going to another shop to revise the shape. If considering booking, avoid booking Temi!

I had THE best experience here. I don’t usually get pedicures but I needed one for an upcoming holiday and my friend recommended 10:15. All the staff were friendly and welcoming and I received a complimentary snack and mimosa upon arrival. The professional I had, Nehemia was extremely nice and friendly and I highly recommend her. The pedicure chair doubled as a massage chair and I received a lovely massage during my session. 10:15 goes above and beyond for their customers which most nail studios don’t do and I’ll definitely be returning and telling everyone about here. Thank you for making my experience amazing and keep up the great work!!
This was my worst nail salon experience in years! And this is not the first time I get my nails done in a salon lol The money were not worth the service at all. 77£ for absolutely nothing! My nails are the weakest and the thinnest they have ever been!!! I had nails removal elsewhere and never had this problem before, this was such a disappointment. The nail polish looks unrefined, bumpy and with imperfections (little sample below). The overall work performed on my nails did not meet my expectations at all. I’m now worried that my nails will break and hurt more than they already do. I can’t even scratch myself without feeling discomfort. I have to cut the nail off now to reduce the damage, please be careful when choosing your nail technician. Thank you for nothing!

Great and friendly service, love the personal touches this salon offers. It’s a fav of mine… and I’m hard to please. Mani/pedi with the sheer butter moisturising foot boot is the best.
There’s no professionalism and really bad customer service.
