   The staff at Forest pharmacy on the Hamstead Rd have always been extremely helpful and today was no exception. I needed an emergency prescription as I was running out of insulin due to exceptional circumstances. I was helped organise this via 111 and it was dealt with in under half an hour. What a relief. Thank you :-)

   Very disappointed with the level of communication from the lead pharmacist at this venue. Ignored in the shop when error was made in drug preparations. Told will receive a call when rectified and did not receive call. When going to chemist for update, ignored again for 15 mins and then told u need a new prescription. There was no argument from myself and other members of staff were fine with their communication, but I was livid with the lead pharmacist. I have changed pharmacy because of the poor communication and rudeness on 2 occasions.

   I think the staff here are brilliant, so helpful, with free delivery for prescriptions to advice given. I recently had a really bad outbreak of Coldsores. I went in for my normal go to cream which was out of stock. But what they recommended has worked 100% better and my Coldsores usually take 2 weeks to clear up, im on day 8 and they have almost gone. So thank you very much.

   English middle aged lady served me when I went to collect a repeat prescription Once my medication was located I requested to see tablets to ensure they were not to large as recently had stroke and wanted to ensure I was not going to get any issues swallowing The lady just pushed the bag towards me which contained tablet I was upset about her service and the way she treated me a paying customer I then asked if it would be ok for me open the box to see as it was sealed She took box of me abruptly and told me the tablet was oval I made my payment and collected my medicine I will not be using this pharmacy again the staff are so abrupt and rude No customer service at all Staff need to be trained in basic communication skills
