To say all chemists are "business run" this one actually doesn't feel like it. The customer care is phenomenal and I have no bad words about it. Ali is amazing with the customers and never makes me feel stupid for asking a question. Medications are always done on time if not earlier and whenever theres an issue with the prescription It's always sorted the same day. Amazing work guys. It really is appreciated. Thank you.

Manage to miss sending repeat prescriptions for my elderly grandmother, changing delivery dates without communicating with anyone in the family to make it look like it hasnt been missed, changing the blister packs to weekly when nobody asked only to say that we did ask. Absolutely rubbish would give it no starts but that's not an option

Took my elderly father for his flu jab, staff were great, very friendly, helpful & polite.

Rather cramped pharmacy attached to a huge medical health centre. They were pretty good at dealing with the number of people requesting medication. However, if you're in a wheelchair or similar, there is little room to manouver.

God awful experience today. Only giving 1 star because it’s a requirement. Walked in to collect a prescription to be greeted by a young man already having a conversation with another customer who asked why I’m there and for my name and then continued to carry on his conversation with the customer. He then took my date of birth and went into the back where he was joined by another younger colleague who was what I would say flirting and playing around with him whilst the phone rang. Once the phone was finally answered the woman proceeded to laugh down the phone and cut them off, once the customer rang back she answered saying β€œhello sorry the line cut off” whereas actually it hadn’t, she just couldn’t contain herself to be professional. They struggled to find my prescription and sent over an older man to me to as very rude and told me they don’t have it so what do they want me to do? As if it’s not their job to do this and sort this out. A prescription was sent over and has clearly been lost which isn’t their fault but the way I was spoken to originally and throughout the whole conversation caused me to be very distressed and upset. Every time I come in it’s always an issue and they never have my prescription anyways but this visit truly took the mick and I won’t be returning.

Wouldn't recommend this pharmacy if it was the last one on earth. Only ever received one text alert in 2yrs to notify me that my prescriptions ready for collection so i always had lengthy waits calling to find out if my prescription is ready or not. I left and now use C.H.White pharmacy opposite which has relieved a lot of hassle as they always have my prescription in stock and lady at doctors told me that Lloyds very rarely have a good stock of people's meds so the surgery often have to send prescriptions to C.H.White Pharmacy over the road because they have far more suppliers than Lloyds and rarely run out of anything. This Lloyds also left me 5 days without any meds over the Jubilee which is why i would never recommend them in fact i don't know anyone happy with this Pharmacy. Use C.H.White pharmacy over the road for reliability they don't do tex alerts but they answer the phones quickly and are polite, always have my prescription ready on the day its due to be collected and most of all my meds are always in stock.

Horrible costumer service. When you have very very ill 3 years old child with high temperature for week and you need them to help with your prescription they very useless. They don't even give you a moment to explain and put phone down on you(I was very polite). Try to call again they won't pick up. Horrible

Booked online on the lloyds pharmacy appfor a free NHS Blood Pressure check at the oldbury pharmacy. Well I turned up only to be told sorry we have no record of your booking, after showing the member of staff my email with the booking time+date, she says well they do not inform us and we charge over Β£7 it is not free. Once again I showed her the app with the free blood pressure check on it , but to no avail as she did not av a clue. If I could give this pharmacy 0 stars I would have. So do not book an online appointment on the app because you will be waisting your time. I would rather wait for a free doctors appointment , from now on. Terrible Service

Terribly slow service. In fact extremely slow service. Been waiting outside for well over 1hour to be served. After taking my request I was left standing outside in the cold for 30 minutes before I was finally given my prescription. Other customers resorted to sitting on walls due to the awfully long wait to be served. This really needs to be addressed. And I know it will be said it is due to the impact of covid. But months before covid I was in a similar situation with this pharmacy having to be waiting for 40 minutes to receive a prescription. Sorry but it is terrible. Honest review. Check for alternative pharmacy than this one
