Staff always work to be efficient and are friendly and helpful. Just had Covid and Flu jabs and zero pain- super quick and lovely practitioner!
I went into Oldswinford pharmacy this afternoon as Hagley pharmacy never have anything I need. It is clearly very well managed. Dessy was absolutely fantastic, assisting me with all my questions. She was so incredibly helpful. Thank you!

Staff friendly and professional, however I remain confused by the requirement to complete an alcohol consumption survey, given to everyone. My appointment was for a flu vaccine, there was no explanation..."fill this in first". The seating area , where you also stand, is quiet cramped when waiting and this obstructs the reception desk.
Very helpful. Staff member who removed my earwax was great. Very efficient process. I was shown photos of before and after treatment. Hearing greatly improved. Perhaps the only downside was the charge but can you put a price on your health?
Absolutely terrible I have given them my new number to update on there system and they yet again have not updated it. I am an asthmatic and need my inhalers urgently and they still don’t have them ready and it’s been over 5 hours since they should have had them ready! I’m off to A&E not not thanks to this absolute useless lot
Called into this pharmacy for the first time today , lovely polite receptionist advised item was due in later on in the afternoon, took my contact details and true to her word I received a text message and was able to collect my medication shortly before they closed. Very pleased with their service and have absolutely no issues, thank you.
Fantastic pharmacy, been having problems getting my regular medication from my usual pharmacy, phoned round many pharmacies to see if anybody could help. Finally after speaking to a lovely lady, they assured me they had a small amount of medication in stock and would get the remainder within 48hrs. Less than 24hrs later, the same lovely lady phoned me to say they had got my medication. Went in to collect it, all the staff appeared very happy and were very welcoming to a new customer. They also advised I could buy another 1 of my medications over the counter just a different brand name and only cost half the prescription charge. Winner winner
The pharmacist is a rude abrupt woman! She knows nothing of customer service. My prescription goes straight to this pharmacy from doctor, on 8th they took my prescription money and gave me 1/3 of my medication. They gave me a slip to say they owe me medication, on 18th I went into pharmacy to chase my medication. I was told they don’t have it and don’t know when it will come in. The pharmacist had the audacity to tell me she doesn’t make money on prescription’s and I should complain to the NHS. She told me to get another prescription and go to another pharmacy.
