    Went today 18th Jan to collect prescription (received message to say items ready)only to stand there waiting quite a while for someone to find it!! They use antiquated system copy of prescription in a tatty box wrapped in brown tape wrapped round it.Went thru several times still could not find it,only to say that my prescription was not ready & to come back!! God forbid this is NOT the first time lousy service

    Dear oh dear. Was told 15 minite wait after 35 minutes I left. Got told the same excuse as I have before that the computers are slow. I thought they may improve but it has got worse and worse hence writing this review. A totally useless pharmacy. How it is still open is beyond me.

    Staff dont wear masks in store last time I was there, staff look like you are irritating them. Trying to contact them to see if they can get a specific dressing save neighbour struggling they cut the call when trying to call them. 1star is too generous

    Moved here as was recommended by a friend, wish I’d have stayed at the other pharmacy by doctors, they are clearly understaffed, a days wait for a prescription needed for a urgent condition isn’t good enough, only today got prescribed a medication by doctor and told to start taking immediately only to be told several hours wait but helpfully told “we are open till late this evening” not that you are unwell and not only need your medication but don’t feel up to various trips out to get your medication, then stand and be ignored at the counter when you get there. Time to move back to Boots.

    Left waiting around like a lemon with no other customers waiting. Kept looking at me but no one came to serve. After nearly 15 minutes I was told I would have to wait for 15 minutes for my prescription. Came back 20 minutes later and got told it will be 20 minutes. Dreadful service.

    Dreadful experience. Following visit for the 3rd time for my meds I was left standing nearly 10 minutes waiting to be served with no other customers in front waiting. Pharmacist on duty totally ignored me and stood typing. I asked if I was invisible and at that she decided to serve me. Utter disgrace.

    I ordered my prescription 8 days ago at Lloyds pharmacy in Sainsbury's amblecote. I have just queued for 45 minutes to get in Sainsbury's, on arriving at Lloyds at 1.20 the unhelpful grey haired lady with glasses, who was working away at the shelves told me they are shut from 1 till 2. I said I've queued for 45 minutes to get in.she walked away and hid around the back. All she had to do was get it from the shelf and let me pay. My wife is in the high risk category and I've only left the house three times in the last three weeks. In the current situation with the virus you would think staff would be more understanding and helpful. The store inside was quiet as customer numbers restricted so they were not busy. I now have to go back and gueue again. Not impressed Lloyds!
