   I'd love to give the pharmacy a great rating as the lady pharmacist is lovely but I can't say that for the counter staff , I went in to get my ordered items after my 12 hour night shift and one item was missing, I was told I had everything I said I'll check my order , she then all of a sudden discovered there was another item , I then asked for another bag as the one I'd been given was split, by her attitude and look on her face you think I'd asked her for something really difficult just because she'd had to walk around the shelves to get it , I mean heaven forbid you have to do some work! this was only 15 minutes after opening .looks like she's got a long miserable day ahead , it's not the first time she's come across frosty, id suggest she gets another job if working with the public bothers her so much

   Rushed from work and arrived 2 mins before the time they were due to close, as stated on the opening hours sign and found the door already locked. I could see the staff in there and knocked the door to try and get someone's attention. All I could hear was laughing. I then sat on the car park while trying to find a emergency prescription service and saw the staff leave, not one of them would look at me and avoided eye contact. Totally unprofessional

   Awful service. People left waiting at the counter for over 20 minutes without any acknowledgement from staff. Waited over 25 minutes to collect my prescription, which should have been ready. One customer had been waiting 40 minutes for his prescription! That's not just today's experience, it happens every time I've visited during the past couple of years. I shall be changing which pharmacy I use!

   Incredibly rude, went to collect some items which I have been waiting for the last 3 weeks and when I asked if they had arrived a member of staff had replied to me in an incredibly rude manner. I was shocked and left immediately. Absolutely disrespectful. I can understand that you don’t have my remaining items from my prescription, but there’s a way of saying it politely and not snapping at someone instantly for no reason at all. Just shocking!

   Slow service and some(not all) staff aggressively rude. Update, have moved chemist's to Boots Stourbridge. The difference and speed was amazing compared to Lloyd's. Was text to pick up my prescription 2 day after posting it in Doctors. Says it all really!

   Not a helpful or friendliest bunch of people at all. Was picking up a prescription for my dad and on a different occasion for a neighbour. Both occasions the same. Would not recommend

   Queue's are the norm here and quite frankly they don't seem very bothered..service is at a snails pace and on more than one occasion I've witnessed staff squabbling with one another. Any queries are often answered rudely. There is one girl with coloured hair who is usually ok. The rest of the staff should be sacked.

   Prescriptions not made up when you have left a number of days from the prescription been sent. Long waits outside to only be told your order has not been made up. I'm moving to another Chemist. The staff are nice and polite but they just cant cope with the demand.
