I’ve had only positive experiences since making this pharmacy my regular, a few months ago. The staff are mainly kind and helpful, although sometimes can be a little blasé - but this is no doubt due to long work hours and difficult patients!
Friday I went for my bimonthly prescription & yet again was told they didn't have one item. This happens every time I go to collect my repeat prescriptions. I've also been accused of already collecting the prescription but after I denied this several times & they recheck their records they realise that they were wrong. They blamed me for not telling them that I needed the medication. They promised to phone/text me on Saturday. Needless to say I received neither. Now I have to return to find out when I'm getting my prescription. My medication has now run out. The service from this pharmacy is worse than poor & the staff most unhelpful.
Told prescription ready by text. Given bag but had to ask for fridge item even though sticker on bag. Then found insulin needles missing and told they were owing. I asked why was I texted if it wasn't ready and told someone made a mistake. Having been told I could wait for the needles I was then offered 5mm instead of 4mm, which I accepted. All in all not a good experience.
Always busy but the staff are always so polite and helpful. Raj was great, fantastic customer service in sorting out some last minute medication for me and very quickly. Thank you! :)
Horrible! Terrible service. The lady at reception has no idea what she’s doing there, always looks bored, long waiting times, and the staff don’t even try to be helpful. I received a message at 5pm saying my prescription was ready for collection. The next day I went to collect it, and the receptionist seemed completely clueless about what I was talking about. She told me the pharmacist wasn’t in and that she didn’t know when they’d be back, but I could wait if I wanted. On another day, I went to pick up my prescription, which had been approved. I even called to make sure it was available, and in just an hour it was suddenly out of stock. My question is: if I have an approved prescription and I call to let you know I’ll be coming to collect it “today”does no one bother to actually pack it and put it aside for me? Absolutely awful. I hate it. At the very least, replace that receptionist who looks like she’s depressed!
Update: Great service today. Really helpful attitude re. items in stock and other things ordered in. Upgraded rating. ********** Very hit and miss. They're often late opening, staff are present, can't open because the pharmacist is late (this happens a lot). My meds are often out of stock so have to wait a few days longer which can be frustrating. When they get it right, they're good.
Been trying for a week to get medication for my son, never in stock and the waiting time is insanely long just to be told it's not there. 20 minutes today with a lot of staff working and barely any customers. Very poor experience just now.
The Very best Pharmacy. The Team are headed by a very Knowledgeable Man. The colleagues are always very friendly and efficient. The service is prompt and informative. All work very hard. It is a safe, comfortable place. I had the need for medical care whilst picking up my prescription. They acted promptly and I was safe. The doctors, (who are the very best) rushed to the Pharmacy. I'd like to thank Everyone for thier Excellent care and Epathy that is always here.
Nice and local for me. Within walking distance but free car park also..Lot's of staff. Didn't have to wait long to get served. Fast and efficient. Well organised and pleasant.
Rude staff . Long waiting times and had orders messed up several times . The girls are particularly bad can’t even force a smile or one star customer service. They look depressed about being there . There is an Asian man who is a pharmacist he is friendly, smiley and helpful and a white male pharmacy assistant that is also friendly . Feel sorry for both of them as it’s like they have to compensate for all the other rude staff especially the Asian male manager who just swans around looking moody. Also very double standards that posters say wear a mask but the staff don’t
