   When it rained, my old pump would frequently leak. I called the firm to upgrade the pump because I was worried that my old one wouldn't work in the event of a power outage. Using pictures of my outdated, simple pump and the measurements of my previously existing, extremely deep and narrow pit, the firm was able to determine what I needed. He was even able to conceal the backup battery in an already-existing cabinet and suggested an excellent device with backup power that would fit. I'd hire the business once more if I needed plumbing work done in the future.
