   Made an appointment for an engineer to call today between 1-5pm. Took time off work and waited in all afternoon, at 4.45pm got a call to say he was still busy on another job and would have to reschedule me for another day. I'd already rang the office at 3.30 to double check he would be here, and told definitely yes. This is not acceptable, poor customer service. I thought it would be good to use a local business but I will not be recommending this one.
