Twice now they have been terrible, the service was awful made me wait 1 hour when they said it would take 15 mins. Then I had to go back because of course they didn't have my full prescription and then told o had to wait an 1 hour because they were closing and the pharmacist had many many to check before me.
Really terrible service. Went there after an out of hours GP appointment to pick up urgent medication for baby. Asked to wait 20mins for it (rudely shouted across the counter). On return was told they didn’t haven’t it in. Was left wondering what to do and abruptly told I could try running over to boots if they’re open. Awful with a poorly baby in the terrible weather. Boots were able to fill the prescription straight away.
My visit went like a dream. Prescription was ready and waiting. I was served right away after the previous customer left with their prescription.
111 gave me a telephone consultarion at this pharmacy due to my condition just needed anti sickness meds prescribed. In 6 hours of persistant callimg the phone was never picked up, 111 told me to keep trying for the full 6 hpurs before they referred me to another pharmacy, didnr need any in the end as by not getting the meds needed turned in medical emergency and hospital dealt with it... please update 111 that you will not be answerring phones or withdraw your number fro that service ...
Absolutely appalling, I’ve been using this pharmacy for 3 years and the customer service and pharmacist on shift today was disgusting. I’ve worked in pharmacy for years and they tried to send me away without my urgent medication telling me they can’t do it to which I asked why, then I informed them I’m happy to wait to which the pharmacist refused and said we are short staffed when I’m the only patient they had. He was extremely unprofessional, rude and had no patient care experience - they both looked completely lost.
I have phoned 20 time throughout today and not once have I got through to ent body

Unsympathetic member of staff. Went in for medication we were advised to get by paramedic. There had been a mis-communication between 111 and the ambulance service whereby the strength required could not be obtained over counter without prescription. However, woman behind counter was totally unsympathetic towards this. I understand why they were not able to provide the medication but a little bit of empathy wouldn't have hurt!
I'm not happy with services from Tesco pharmacy I find them very rude and inconsiderate they've never get my prescription right always meds missing basically being called a liar wen I've been receiving my meds here since Dec 2021 to be told they don't get tamazapam in wen I've getting it ther a few months
My partner had a repeat prescription for medication, then realised at 9pm on a Saturday evening that he'd completely ran out of it & needed it urgently. So I phoned the pharmacist, who was very helpful & friendly. Luckily, it was open till 10pm & his medication was in stock, so we collected it. As there's a world wide shortage of that particular meds, he normally encounters problems elsewhere. The long opening hours are excellent & the pharmacist was very accommodating
