Booked a flu jab online, which was easy. When at the chemist, I had to wait in a queue, with Customers who were after prescriptions. I had booked a time slot, got there 15 minutes early, but that was taken up in the queue. When I got to front, advised I booked a slot for flu jab, had to fill out a form, then waited for pharmacist for 15 minutes, who was dispensing. When I got in, straightforward, had the jab, process easy. So the review is pleasing for start and finish off process, but not in the middle. If you book an appointment, you expect to be seen at that time.

A beacon of efficiency and professionalism. In a town as busy as Kidderminster, Cohens Chemist stands out as an exceptional example of healthcare service. Despite facing constant demands, the team consistently maintains a remarkable level of efficiency and professionalism, most notably in recent months. One of the most impressive aspects of their service is the handling of telephone enquiries. In contrast to the often frustrating experience of calling other busy pharmacies, calls to Cohens are answered in a timely and courteous manner. The staff take time to listen and provide thorough explanations, ensuring that individual needs are met with patience and understanding. This dedication is mirrored in their in-person service. Whether dealing with a queue of people or a complex prescription, the team works with a smooth, well-organised system. It is this combination of speed, accuracy, and genuine care that makes Cohens Chemist an indispensable part of the community. They are a credit to their profession, and I cannot recommended them highly enough.

I recently went for a blood pressure test at Cohen's Pharmacy in Kidderminster, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Katherine, who carried out the test, was incredibly patient and welcoming. She took the time to answer all my questions and eased any worries I had. Her calm and friendly approach made the whole process so much more comfortable. l'd definitely come back again - highly recommended!

I really want to share my experiences as I hear so much negativity when I am in the pharmacy and I have to go in a lot. This pharmacy changed staff sometime ago and the new staff really don't get the credit they deserve. People being abusive towards them without any justification, they needed time to settle in, get to know the people coming in but NO people just couldn't allow that! My experience has and is such a positive one and with the staff even getting one medication I was really desperate for overnight, so thank you so much. The young lady who now knows me is such a delight and so pleasant towards me when I go in to collect my medication so thank you. Thank you all, you should be very proud of how well you have all settled in and soldiered on even with the abuse you have received

The team in Hume Street Chemist have made an amazing improvement in customer service over the last few months. Having spoken with them about issues regarding timely service and missing items, the team listened to my concerns and have acted very effectively to the points i raised. I am extremely pleased to say they have addressed all the issues I raised and continue to provide a happy, friendly and helpful service. A big thank you to all of the team at Hume Street Chemist. Kindest Regards, Darren

This chemist only merits zero stars. My doctor told me that he was leaving a prescription on Friday. I ring them up Monday morning and they say it's ready for collection. My wife goes in two and a bit hours later and is told that it won't be ready until after three on Tuesday! I ring them up. After an age, the phone is answered. I'm told that my wife should have said that I'd been in touch and that the medicine is indeed ready. I ask what relevance that is, either it is ready or it's not but no proper explanation given. My wife being in the area again, revisited the next day and was told, can you believe, that the prescription was not ready! A man at the back then confirmed that it was! By the way, this outfit dispensed the wrong medicine for me about six weeks earlier. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!!

Changed chemist's today from these incompetents. Had prescription delivered last week only half quantity on prescription delivered. Took a week to get thru to them they never answer the phone. Told them I'd only had half quantity they basically said I'd had it all and I was a liar. Seems from other reviews other patients also having trouble with Cohens. They were OK b4 pandemic but since they've been total rubbish. Recommend that you find a better chemist!!

There’s is always a queue most time out of the door, you wait ages then get home to find half your prescription missing and then call them for them to then say things are not in stock, you then wait even longer (1 week) for a telephone call that doesn’t happen, before you have to just go back and wait in said queue again to pick up medication that should have been given to you days before…. I would rather travel to another chemist that use that one again. It is far from convenient and very disappointing

Always a massive queue for this pharmacy. No ability to drop off a prescription for collection later in the day, you still have to stand in the same queue as the people waiting to collect medications. They Never answer the phone when trying to ring to see if a prescription is ready to collect. The opening times on Google and the NHS website are incorrect. Clearly a poorly managed business. The only good thing about this pharmacy is the staff behind the counter who are always friendly and helpful, even though they are always very busy.
