   Went into the branch today to buy some over the counter item... I was approach by a young girl... First thing she said was 'do you have a prescription to collect' my reply was no I need to buy something over the counter... To which her reply was I'm not serving over the counter items... To which my reply was 'oh why' her reply was' because I'm not'... Great customer service!!! NOT... No reason at all... I looked at my friend and just said how rude... And walked away.. Staff training comes to mind...

   I have to question, does the phone actually work there? But then again when I've been into the store, I have to question, does anyone actually work there! I don't live in Kidderminster, but the experience of this Lloyd's is the opposite to my home branch. Sort it out, or resign!

   Sorry to see the poor reviews. I think most pharmacies are difficult to call & have a queue for service. We've used this one since my husband needed regular cancer medication 2 years ago. I always have polite, helpful service though I agree sometimes staff don't spot you at the counter. They are usually busy though, not standing around. There is staff shortage (covid & pressure I suspect) but they do work hard. My call today took 2 rings & my meds ready for collection following the request 48 hrs ago. I can recommend the service and especially the lengthy opening hours, which are a godsend.

   Usually not too bad unless you are at the counter waiting to be served and noone comes to you as there behind a corner but tried calling up multiple times to see if my medication is ready to collect and no answer, 4th time of calling and the line picks up but I get a high pitched ring in my ear and nobody talking so I hung up and tried again and once again no answer. SORT IT OUT

   Not recommend poor service tried to call to see if medication was ready no one could pick up the phone thus has happened more than once. Received a message to say medications are ready only to get there and its not all ready this happened the following day then on the 3rd day I got no message, 3 consecutive days I had to go to the chemist to pick up 3 single items. Did not have my medication in had to order it in should of had a message to say they have arrived did not receive went down and luckily it was ready. I only recommend 1 member if staff and that is the pharmacist Nick
