Went for booked flu jab was made to feel uncomfortable by a old ladyon till who made a comment about me being too early rudely in front of 5 customers However the lady who gave me the jab was lovely and explained everything

I am a regular user of this Pharmacy collecting prescriptions for all members of my family and also using the Pharmacy staff for advice, I have always found the counter and the back room staff to be very professional and informative, even in very busy times they all take their time to listen and provide me with an answer to my requests. We are very blessed to have this facility and service in our community. I have no problems or concerns and would rate them higher than five stars if this was available Thank you for continuing the excellent service that the late and much loved David Bills and his family have given to this community in the past.

Horrendous experience!! Had to pick up some repeat meds and collect some lateral flow tests. - A very simple task one would think! I got there early to ensure that I would be able to get back to work in time, they opened 15 mins after time advertised. As I was first in the queue of 7 people, I went in first. The lady behind the counter was so rude! Barking instructions at me to scan a QR code for the lateral flow tests(something I wasnt aware that I needed) I scanned the code and started to fill in the form online that was very straight forward, and before I could turn round and give her the code she needed she ushered me out of the door (tutting and huffing all the while).All the time saying "I dont have time for this, you really should have done this before coming in". I was absolutely shocked that this women treats customers this way. I was really upset. I turned to her and said, "so your telling me I have to now queue up outside again (queue is now 9 people deep) to then just show you a code on my phone which I have here?(points to phone)". Her reply "yes, because of covid' (as she ushers me out of the door) What absolute nonsense!!! I work for the NHS and have been dealing with covid since the start. Making people queue twice to collect a prescription/ lateral flow tests is totally unacceptable. I appreciate that there was limit of two people in the shop at one time but this was totally ridiculous. The other people in the queue were totally confused to as to why I had to queue up again even when I had the code I needed.... one person was even so kind to let me go in front of them after they witnessed her rude behaviour from the lady who I can only assume was in charge. Please have a rethink of your totally shambolic policy / process and do better! Making people queue up twice, in the rain and cold isnt the most sensible option! (surly its much better to use some common sense). What should have taken me a 3-5 minute task took 40 mins in total! Unacceptable! Please sort it out and improve on your customer service, a little bit of patience and kindness goes a long way.
This is a truly awful chemist where they lie to you!! It is like going back to ancient times. They are not ready to help, don’t open on time, are not happy to serve you or do they want to help, it’s as though you are an inconvenience to the staff who continue to talk about hair appointments and let customers que down the street!!! DO NOT BOOK A PCR TEST HERE! HORRENDOUS EXPERIENCE! They do not deliver in their promise of a next day result, extremely unhelpful and quite frankly, they don’t care about their customers or travel arrangements.
Today my husband and I had Covid tests for travel purposes at the pharmacy-prior to booking the tests I called the pharmacy and Amrita the pharmacist took my call and was extremely helpful with advice and booking the appointments with Schedulista. Hence my reason for booking this service with them. Today again being seen by Amrita was very efficient and professional she went above and beyond to make us feel at ease, very pleasant and friendly too. Thank you.
