Julie spoke to me on the 'phone. She was so obliging and pleasant. Took broken microwave in late Monday and Tom said he would get back in a couple of days. Sure enough we got a call on Thursday to ask if the quote was OK and detailing what the problem was. It was OK. Got another call three hours later telling us it was fixed. Brilliant service and would recommend.
