He managed to fix the issue and then later on the day after something went wrong with my dishwasher he then came back around in his own time to help me fix that.    I had some pipe work under the kitchen sink that needed tidying up/moving to allow for the kitchen units to fit correctly. Same day call out and did the work same day at a reasonable price. We had noticed a small leak a couple days later, so we call back, Alex was very courteous, polite and helpful, arrived within the hour and fixed the problem no charge as work was under guarantee.
