Contacted these guys with a faulty Desktop. Wouldn't boot up and kept closing down intermittently. The Service couldn't be better. Courteous, Professional and they set out their Price Structure immediately. Everything transparent. Got the box back early following week. All fixed and given 2 weeks grace if the problem repeated itself again. Can't speak too highly of these guys. I will be back to them in the future and would recommend them to anyone who is looking for an IT fix and/or advice. They have been Trading for 20 odd years because they are very very good at what they do.
My son's gaming laptop screen went off. Took it in and fortunately it was only a minor repair so it was fixed really quickly. Really nice guys and happy to help. Definitely recommended if you have any issues with your PC!

Friendly, helpful and professional service. My gaming laptop had ground to a frozen halt playing the most hardware demanding games. Requested a tune up to clear any problematic issues and optimise performance. Dropped off Thursday afternoon. Phone call 2pm Friday to inform me it was ready for pickup. Verbal handover given of scans completed and problems rectified. Got it home and it's working like a dream. Many thanks to the staff at Magabyte. Great job and a very satisfied customer - Gary.

Just got back home and set my laptop back up. It hasn't worked this fast in a long time! All the repairs i wanted doing were done AND more! I cannot reccomend this place enough! Brilliant customer service, quick repair time and a very reasonable cost too!
This afternoon I phoned Megabyte in Lees to query regarding the time & cost for my desktop to be fixed as I was 99% sure that the power supply had died. Tony said for me to bring it down & it would probably take a few days and approx £40-50. I called in a little later on & left it with him. Within the hour he rang me back to let me know that the power supply had needed to be replaced (as I'd expected) and it was ready for collection for £40. I was impressed with the speed of the repair and the low cost too. I will definitely recommend this business to any friends or family who have technology issues.
