    Came in today with my assistance dog (as I have done before on various occassions without issue). The shopkeeper clearly knew nothing about assistance dog law in the UK and wrongfully asked me to leave. When I explained that my dog does not need to have a specific vest, be a guide dog, or carry some kind of certificate in order to qualify as an assistance dog, she still refused me service. 10/10 for ignorance, ableism, and unlawful treatment; 1/10 for educating staff adequately and enforcing consistent, legal policy.
