   I contacted Domestic Air to quote a couple of options for a new system to replace a portable air con unit we had that was too noisy and had broken down. Ryan was really helpful in explaining all the options and availability really clearly. Matt arrived on the day we’d pencilled in as planned and wired extremely tidily and respectfully around the house which was very much appreciated. The system has been in a month or so and no faults to report. All service options were issued on completion along with manufacturer warranty. I’d recommend without hesitation to family and friends in terms of time/cost/quality all being delivered as promised.

   Fantastic job carried out by domestic air - provided loads of info on the different units they supply and gave detailed advice on which would suit us best. Installation was very professional, done a cracking job - very neat and tidy. Would highly recommend - so much so we’re looking at getting it fitted throughout the rest of the house!

   Really happy with Domestic Air. They installed 8 units when we did a massive house renovation. Work always neat and professional. They did a cracking job. Great Panasonic units which I’m really happy with. Responsive too when issues arise (ie pump failure - not their fault!). Always courteous and tidy up after themselves! I’ve recommended to my family and neighbours and they’ve all had positive experiences too. Would recommend. Used them again recently as our south facing study needed an additional unit and sorted easy and no stress.

   First time buying an AC unit and I didn't have clue. Looked for local AC companies through Google and found Domestic Air, read all the great reviews and got in touch. They where really easy to communicate with through WhatsApp, answering all my queries and gave me plenty of useful information. The whole process was super easy from getting quotes, booking installation and making payment. Mike my installer was a real pro, arrived on the day, on time, all work done very neatly and very tidily. Mike tested the unit before leaving and took the time to show my wife how to use the AC unit/features. Couldn't ask for more, thanks again Mike and Domestic Air. I highly recommend this company and will be ordering more AC units from them in the future.

   We had such a great experience with Domestic Air. From start to finish, the whole team was so professional and easy to deal with. Ryan took the time to explain all the different options to us and answered every single question we had; nothing was too much trouble. On installation day, Matt and Conrad were brilliant. They were efficient, super friendly, and made the whole process stress-free. They cleaned up after themselves and took the time to show us exactly how everything worked before leaving, which we really appreciated. Couldn’t recommend them enough - fantastic service from start to finish!

   Very professional service from Ryan and his team. Had a 3 unit multi-split system installed and am very pleased with the quality of the work and tidiness of the install - neat pipework, even in the loft all very tidy. Have not had to use AC mode yet, but already getting the benefit of heat pump mode and being able to control all 3 units from one app. It's also much, much quieter than I imagined it would be.

   When you've booked your installation for 8am and the team turns up at 0758, you know right then you've picked a winner. The day continued in that manner until the final cleaning up and handover of the remotes. Minimum fuss, minimum mess (all cleaned up to a professionally high standard), and the final result speaks for itself. Looks great, almost silent in operation, and easily connected to our smart controller. Installation decisions (like where to source the power) were discussed and agreed quickly and simply during the day, and the engineers were a pleasure to have in our house. Would recommend unconditionally. Thanks to everyone involved - we are extremely happy with our new air con!

   Excellent all the way through from initial enquiry to having the AC installed . Submitted a request for information on the website about getting AC in my house and Ryan called me back within the hour. He then communicated on WhatsApp after the initial call and gave me multiple quotes for different options for what I wanted. He was quick to respond and detailed in what was needed. We went for a 5kw air cooler positioned on the landing that is cooling our whole upstairs really well. Shane installed the unit and was professional and really friendly. Definitely recommend them.
