   Absolutely brilliant, Ken came and serviced my mothers sewing machine which had stopped working, she worked as a machinist for many years in and around Manchester, sewing bedding, raincoats and many other items in the many factories around the region, she purchased a commercial grade machine many years ago which had been serviced by one of the engineers who had worked at her factory, sady he passed away some years ago, Ken came to the rescue with his in depth khowledge of these commercial grade machines and had it up and running again quickly, some people would say its just a sewing machine but to my mum it means the world, thanks Ken, much appreciated!

   I took my old sewing machine in when it had stopped sewing. It is over 100 years old, and thought it might be the end of it's usefulness. It was repaired the next day, and is working perfectly. Cannot praise the service enough. thank you.

   the guy was brilliant. as i cannot leave the house he collected the machine had not been used in 20 years and it was like new when he returned it. and the service and price was really really good. after that experience i had my other machine serviced and repaired to give to my grand daughter.

   Oh no...what's that awful clunking noise coming from my sewing machine? Help! After a quick chat over the phone, a friendly chap took possession of my Brother sewing machine. He said turn around was running at between 1-2 weeks. Arghhhhh...how will I survive? It turns out I didn't have to - 2 days later, well 1.5 days really and I received a phone call to say it was serviced, fixed and ready. It was a fiver more than quoted for the service as it had a couple of parts replaced. Bargain!! I took it home, got it out and sat down to see. Oh my word, it works like a dream. In fact, it sounds better than when it first came out of the box. Thank you :)

   Great man to deal with! Great price! Quick repair! He will give you a starting quote and will phone you if it will be more, due to parts being required. Up to you whether you want him to continue. I didn’t get a call so my repair was the base price. He doesn’t take payment until after the repair. The place may look like it is not open for business but give him a call to arrange drop off and collection. My sewing machine is working like a dream. Will use him again for a service. A* service.
