Used they guys for multiple fixes with my E87. Changed my Crank pulley, when other garages were struggle, and had my rusty rear subframe swapped out in record time, and front suspension, had my car back the next day. Reviews and positive recommendation for these guys

I’ve been taking my F30 to Darren, Mike and the team ever since its BMW warranty expired in 2015. The cars now 13 years old and runs like it’s brand new. Need I say any more. Wouldn’t trust anyone else to work on it and always good to have a chat about how his lads racing is going. Can’t give any more than 5*, but would if I could.
Very highly recommended. Mikes knowledge on complex turbo issues for my G57 840d were second to none. His diagnostic and repair methodology was clear and transparent and the pricing is spot on if not a little too cheap! They also fixed a few other niggles with minimum fuss. I probably wouldn’t visit a main dealer again.
One of the best BMW Specialist I dealt with Did a gearbox service front and rear diff and suspension arm. Very well priced and kept me informed all day and even had the car washed when I picked up which is the cherry on the top.
I went here due to their outstanding reputation but was let down. They worked on my E46 which had a headlight error. Previous mechanics had tried changing the bulb which didn't work so I booked in with Darren Wood who are meant to be the best in the business. They didn't solve the problem, they just changed the xenon bulb like previous mechanics and claimed it was fixed. Within 1 hour the error light was back on. Even worse, it turns out they had broken the tab where the indicator light attached to the headlight. They then decided to silicone the indicator light back on and hide what they had damaged. The light fell out on the motorway, dangling by the wire connector and scratched all the corner of my bumper. I still don't understand how this is their level of service considering their good reviews. Went to another specialist in the end who diagnosed the problem as faulty ballasts and fixed it.
So nice to take your car to someone you can trust to know what they're talking about and won't overcharge etc. After getting the initial recommendation I now travel quite far to use these guys, and every time I drop my car of I feel completely confident that it's in the best possible hands. This latest time my dashboard was lit up like a Christmas tree and I was prepared for a serious bill. It was quickly diagnosed to one relatively cheap faulty sensor and didn't cost the earth. Can't recommend them enough, if there were 6 stars I'd give them another one.
Called them and got booked in for the next day, had to replace all brake discs and pads, dropped the car at 11am and it was ready by 1pm, very fast and reliable service. They’re BMW specialist (the real ones certified from BMW Manchester) so there is no doubt they did a great job with my 520d brakes, driving comfort was like a brand new car. Prices are really reasonable and accessible to almost anyone for the high quality job they do. They became my one and only choice as mechanics, won’t go anywhere else from now on!!
Really would recommend this place . I originally took my bmw 335d to another person who told me my car needed a brand new engine. I took it too darren woods and they did in 200 pound . I am absolutely over the moon. I would definitely recommend these guys . Thank you Mike and the rest. Very busy but worth the wait
