Went here thinking my nails would be taken care and look good by the end but it was a horrible experience, not professional at all, shouting, loud talking and swearing, had two different people doing my nails, took much longer then needed and by the end they looked really thick and not natural at all, they didn’t even do under neath the nails and no real care was taken, so disappointed as my usual nail shop in dartford are brilliant and my nails always look amazing but this shop is awful don’t waste your money or time

I wouldn’t even give this place one star. First of all they shaved my nails so thin that after 1 day, my nails were breaking. When I went to get it fixed they used another drill that was burning my finger and the drill got stuck between the broken nail, I couldn’t take anymore and asked for my money back. They would only give me £20 but on the day charged me £35. I had toe paint too (£10) therefore charged me for £25 but shouted and argued with me in the shop and refused to give me the £5. Told me it was my nails fault, but I’ve had my nails done every 3 weeks for the past 20 years and they have never been this thin or broke like this ever. Not professional, dirty shop, terrible communication, bad customer service, conned me of £5. Are they even qualified?

I love them. I had the guy do my nails and he did a really good job! I couldn’t be more happier

HORRIBLE nails. Came home and they were peeling. On the first full day of having them one fell off and were unable to stick back on. I asked for white and it came out a light yellow. My nails looked like tombstones!!!!

Lovely and relaxing place, that's my first impression. The staff is friendly, the prices are more than affordable and my nails look really good (here you don't pay additional 10£ only for a shop located in Bluewater). Full set was done in only 45min and there was no waiting time for my prebooked visit (which was a repetitive problem in the shopping centre, among others). The tables are nicely separated, it feels as if it is just you and the nail artist. Thanks.

Really professional and cheap service compared to other local options. I always love the nails they do for me and they never say no to any designs I show up with.
