Spoke to someone on the phone this week who said to come by at 12 on Saturday to drop off my TV which needed fixing. Drove all the way there for no one to answer the door despite knocking very loudly and ringing multiple times. Absolute wasted trip and extremely unhappy to have been messed about.
I took my TV in for a repair a week and a half ago. I was told that they would get back to me as soon as possible but they haven't got in touch and they're not answering their phone despite the fact that I've rang 4 days in a row during weekdays. I STILL haven't heard anything back. I will go there myself later this week to fully assess the situation.
Would definitely recommend this place, headphones repaired and sounding better than they have for years. The two chaps working there are really helpful and friendly too. Just be sure to call before turning up as they're not always in.

Listening to my Ditton 33s this morning, I remembered I still hadn't left a review! Had a great experience getting my amps and speakers fixed here a few months back. The guys went above and beyond the cater to my request of having an original replacements for the tweeters, even scouring Ebay and dismantling another pair of speakers I bought second hand to salvage for parts. Their price was so reasonable I felt a bit guilty paying it! Thanks again, I'll definitely be back!
Fixed the electronic fault on my >50 year old record player. Quick, professional and fairly priced. Will definitely use them again. Edit- been back a second time to get a service and switch fault fixed. Amazing service again, record player sounds fantastic.
