   We had our regular annual boiler service yesterday, and were so pleased with the attention received! Danny arrived when we were eating lunch and insisted on sitting in his van whilst we finished eating (only a few minutes), as we have a walk through kitchen/diner. He then completed the service, as planned, to our satisfaction, leaving the area as clean and tidy as he found it. I can highly recommend both Danny (service engineer) and the lovely Becky ( she always organises the date and time of the annual service). Both are so polite, friendly and accommodating.    I can't fault the service that we had from Lacey's. They came out the same day to diagnose our broken boiler, while most of the other companies I contacted didn't even return my call. They then discussed an appropriate course of action with us and returned the next day to carry it out. The engineer, Danny, was brilliant - really friendly, explained everything well, and did the job efficiently. I'd use Lacey's again and would recommend them to others.

I called on their behalf and received amazing service from Becky who supported us over the phone to resolve the issue.    The old heating system was a mess and needed replacing and a lot of other jobs doing. Lacey Plumbing were happy to do everything that was needed to get the new system fitted and everything working as it should. Now the only decision that we have is whether to board the pipes in so that you don't see them or to paint behind them and leave them exposed as a feature - they look so neat!
