   This is third time over a year on my house where Adam helped. Outstanding quality of service and responsibility. I have a leak at home out of the blue and it was hard to detect and at least 5 plumbers rejected including few from check a trade, but Adam did not budge and took responsibility to fix it. His worksmanship is outstanding and delivers with quality. He even had a minor incident injury during his other works over that same week, but still showed up promptly and fixed considering the urgency as we got only one bathroom in house to stop leak. Not only he fixed it did with quality and he also explained what the issue was and assured at every step. He is very patient and understanding while clarifying questions or addressing concerns. I highly recommend to anyone in Manchester area and surroundings. Pricing is reasonable for the level of quality of service. Very fast to identify root cause and even pls a fix. 5 stars are way less, for such dedication and commitment to deliver responsibly and with quality.. particularly if you notice no other plumber agreed for job. Thank you very much Adam for all the support.

   Had a heat pump survey scheduled with them and no one turned up. I called them around mid day and was told they will check and get back to me, but no one called back. I tried calling a few times for the rest of the day but no one answered; they completely ghosted me. I took off work and waited home all day for nothing.

   Addheat replaced our old system boiler and removed water tanks to replace with a new combi boiler and smart thermostat system. The process took a couple of days and the team were polite and easy to have in the house. We since had a couple of teething problems which they were able to rectify quickly and without fuss. I would happily recommend them to others.

   Use them is all I can say. You won't regret it! Adam and his team were awesome. From start to finish. They were polite, professional, very helpful and best of all, they were neat and tidy...really neat and tidy!!! We are more than pleased with the boiler replacement and we will definitely use Add Heat again. It wasn't a simple job either! We had an old fashion back boiler replaced with a combi boiler.
