   Bad customer service, I’m a nail tech myself & seeing the service & work was poor. Me & my friend went for foot scrubs and hers was not scrubbed properly, they tried to give her a excuse as to why the boy didn’t scrub it properly. after we transferred the money instead of checking they decided to run outside chasing me down in front of so many people to ask if I’ve paid when it was already sorted with one of the guys servicing us, I had to go back into the salon and everyone was just watching me as if I’ve tried to run out without paying. I don’t even want to start on how the tools they use aren’t cleaned or changed in between clients Won’t be returning

   I wouldn’t recommend coming here for BIAB as they don’t do it properly. No cutting of the cuticles or any nail prep other than sanding down your nails until paper thin. The ‘BIAB’ they use burns when you put your hands under the UV/LED nail dryer. My nails came out bumpy, I could have done them at home by myself if I wanted this level of work.

   Im disgusted with the service I received here. All of my nails were uneven, with lumps of acrylic all over the place. The filing was totally uneven, none of them were the same shape. They weren't painted correctly at all. They made my cuticles bleed. I was told I could only have a refund if I let them take the nails off. I wasn't willing to allow them near my nails to destroy them even more. I ended up going somewhere else and getting them fixed.

   i asked for black nails NORMAL paint and when i walked outside it turned NAVY in the light! i went back and and they thankfully said they would change it to another black this time as GEL, literally that next day the gel began peeling off the acrylic, NEVER GO TO THIS SALON BAD QUALITY AND WOMAN WAS AGRUMENTATIVE, Owner is nice though

   Nice enough nail shop and the woman who did my nails was lovely, though when I walked in I waited around for 5 minutes and the woman who approached me was very rude and unhelpful.

   Went to this nail shop for the first time today with my sister this morning, as she recommended this shop and I'm totally in love with my nails! From first walking in til when I left, the ladies were so welcoming and friendly. Nails were done quickly and done perfectly. Would definitely recommend.

   I had here the worst experience I've ever had at a nails saloon ever in my life. I had my nails done and they turn up horrible! Very thick, unpolished and no shape, they are a nightmare! The staff was very rude to me when I asked them to fix a nail that broke only 2 days after I had them done. I'll never recommend someone to go there. They do a cheap and low quality job. Nobody should pay money to be disrespected and have their nails done like that. It's horrible!
