Used Advanced Domestic Services to get a new oven when my old oven was pretty much irreparable. They were excellent from start to finish, got a great deal from them too. The staff were brilliant to deal with.
Friendly and helpful service. We bought a reconditioned dishwasher, which looks brand new! It was a fast delivery (thank goodness... we were getting fed up with washing up), and Gavin fitted it quickly and efficiently. He also removed our old dishwasher at no extra cost. ADS Ltd delivered and fitted a new washing machine for me recently. Despite it being a tricky job, as the utility room is very small & so awkward to fit the machine into, the chaps fitted it quickly and with no fuss. Friendly, efficient and informative service. Very impressed!
I emailed 2 days ago and was asked to check some basic stuff in case an engineer wasn't needed. Unfortunately, an engineer was needed and I called yesterday to book one. This morning, Daniel came and fixed the issue within an hour. He was very friendly and tidy. Excellent customer service from start to finish, I would highly recommend if you need your appliances fixed.

I return time and time again here. Nothing is too much trouble for them. Very friendly on the phone or when you call in. I have had various appliances from them. They tell you honestly whether your appliance can be repaired. No high pressure selling. My washer broke down recently. Contacted them and in less than a week, they came out, delivered and fitted a new washer at a reasonable price all in. This included removal of my old machine. Can't recommend them highly enough. Nice efficient people. Nice family business.
Very professional service. Quick diagnosis of the problem with our washing machine. Arrived when expected. Very polite and all at a great price.
Called them out to fix my oven . They sucked wind through there teeth and said we will have too order the part. That was on the 5 the August. Phoned them today to find out when are they returning and got the voicemail. They are on annual leave until 15th August. Let me without an oven and charged me £39.00 for it as well. Very poor customer care.
