   T could not fault a thing, this company told me straight away where my car was how far they were to starting the repairs, rang me to tell me they were bringing me the curtesy car, even brought some things I had left in the car. I would recommend all the staff I spoke to who were very helpful and made a point that nothing was any trouble, thank you so much Rebecca for all your support when you rang to give me a report. The delivery of the curtesy car was smooth and went through the running and gear changes of the car definitely worth 5 stars thank you.

   Faultless from start to finish. Not only the best customer service at a car garage I’ve received, but the best customer service I’ve had anywhere. Alice and Rebecca were fantastic, great advice and support, good communication and made me feel very welcome. Car was returned to me absolutely spotless, and it certainly wasn’t when it went in.    My partner recently used D Walton for bodywork repairs on his car and the service was outstanding. The turnaround was exceptionally quick and the car was returned looking brand new within a week. They even cleaned the interior, which was a welcome touch, especially as some repair companies hand vehicles back in poor condition. Rebecca and Alice were very friendly and made the collection process incredibly straightforward and efficient. Ellie was brilliant during the initial drop-off. She walked us through the process in detail, clearly explained the work required, and gave us an honest timescale for completion, which was crucial as the car is used for work. Overall, a five-star experience and a company we would happily use again, though hopefully not too soon.

   Absolutely brilliant service. I felt very looked after by Ellie. I nipped in just for a quick quote of my car and was given an estimation which was correct even after just a quick 5 minute glance of my car. They picked my car up from work and then dropped it back off at my house which made it so much easier for me as I didn’t have to worry about getting there and back without having a car. The work completed was to a very good standard and a good price. I would highly recommend and definitely use them again!

   Used Waltons when my car was involved in a motorway crash, front of car needed a lot of work. Highly recommend them as a company, work was amazing, back to new, work guaranteed, kept up to date with everything, the girls in reception (Rebecca )they contacted the insurance and hire car company so I had nothing to do. They had my car for 9 weeks and that was only due to an issue in obtaining parts as the car was only 1 year old

   Just got my van delivered back after having slight accident damage repaired,can't fault the service or staff,van was picked up and dropped off and they even valeted it for me,staff where great and kept me informed of a parts delay all the way through.overall they did a solid job.

   I did not bother using this company as they stated my car repairs estimate was in a queue - and that was all the information I received. No details of how long it would take to estimate and repair. Not good when the car is required for work. No empathy at all. I decided to use my own choice of repairer once authorised and it was estimated same day, parts delivered and repaired in under a week. DO NOT USE IF YOU VALUE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND LOOK AT OTHER MIXED REVIEWS. SAYS IT ALL.
