I took my lawn mower to Noel Ogden to be repaired earlier this month. He repaired my mower and also sharpened the blades and rectified other minor problems. The service was very quick and the price was very reasonable too. I also found the customer service to be very good. I would recommend Noels company to everyone.
Dropped my mower and leaf blower in for service, the mower was serviced by Howard who has decades of experience and knows just what is needed, he went above and beyond my expectations and it now runs beautifully. My blower, as I expected had broken so was impossible to fix but Howard explained the reasons and I bought a replacement from him. Very reasonable prices, good solid advice and great service. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend his services.
Excellent friendly service with a brilliant display of different types of mowers plus great advise. I wouldn't dream of going anywhere else for a mower or service. The repair done to mine after I chopped through the cable was perfect
Brand new Mountfield petrol lawnmower poor starting. Advised to take it to Noel Ogden. Three days later told to pick it up and pay nearly £60 for unauthorised work. I refused and was told I couldn't have my mower back. Contacted Mountfield numerous times who said the dispute was nothing to do with them. Eventually had to pay but problem not fixed. Noel Ogden told me that Mountfield are rubbish these days and the Briggs Stratton engine is cheap Chinese junk. NEVER AGAIN.

Phoned and they had the mower I wanted. I collected the mower and all that was necessary was explained plus registration done for me. Help was given to put in car. Mower was ready to use straight away. Fantastic buying experience. The good old days that a customer is important is back.
