I’m local to these guys and find myself here most weekends for bits and bobs. Great staff, always helpful and chatty. I usually reserve online and speeds up the collection. Easy parking and good opening hours

As a local tradesman, I was delighted when Toolstation opened in Rickmansworth. From day one, all of the staff have been extremely helpful and are very knowledgeable about the products. They have saved me a lot of time and money with the click and collect service. Could not rate the team at this branch more highly.
Currently queueing outside at 11:53 as they are shortstaffed and won’t let any customers in. I’ve paid for my materials and I’m here to collect them. Now it’s costing my customer money because it's on their time. Certainly won’t be coming here again! Incidentally, just bumped into two members of staff who are leaving as they won’t stay because they know they won’t be paid the extra hours. Not a very customer focused business. Shocking service
I have visited this store on several occasions and it never let me down. I always get greeted by professional staff members who do know how to treat customers with respect and professionalism. Because of this I actually stopped going to Screwfix. For me one of the most important parts when I am shopping is the customer service element. Keep up the good work.
