Wicks place for home decorating kitchen flooring and much more product. For a reasonable price.

Poor service from the store manager Michael. Unwilling to help a customer who travelled 40 mins to buy an item they couldn’t reach!

Excellent store; very well laid out, clean, bright and well organised. Friendly and helpful staff. Early 90's bangers playing. What more could one want?

Really lovely helpful staff. Currently decorating my property. Very knowledgeable and kind staff. Was picking out flooring for living room and kitchen. They have a fantastic range of tiles and laminate flooring available at the store.

Great store to get all your hardware needs

Got the essentials, but the options were a bit limited. No choice of pipe cutters, no single rolls of PTFE. Doesn't matter, got the job done on a Sunday afternoon when I found myself fixing someone else's bodge job!

The person who served us on tills was so rude and disrespectful and made my mum out to be incompetent and stupid after she asked for a price check on an item. Turns out that the employees had put the item in the wrong place and my mum was in the right however she returned afterwards having put both the items back without even asking my mum if she still wanted to keep the item with the new price. She really lets down the other employees there who are always helpful and lovely.

On my visit all seemed well stocked, I managed to find what I wanted straight away and only a small queue at the checkout. No problems.

A smaller store than average for Wickes, they still have a useful range of products, though maybe not as much choice as some branches. There's free parking on the driveway and more around the rear by the entrance to the store. The car park can be a bit busy at times, partly because a mobile café is situated there and is popular with tradesman. The store is fully accessible and the aisles are a good width. Signage is clear and it's easy to find the relevant area if you know what you're looking for. If not there's a help desk inside by the checkout to assist. Prices are reasonable and Wickes are known to be a bit cheaper than B&Q or Homebase, however neither of those has a store in Chesham.
