A company that needs to get its act together. Phoned Sales to check on an item and they confirmed it was in stock at Watford. Went in to buy the item to be told that the item wasn't kept in stock and 'head office sales use the old stock system, so they don't know what we have in'. No 'sorry' or 'I'll tell HO that there's a problem'. Phoned Watford branch next day to hear 'we are experiencing a high number of calls at the moment' before being cut off. No problems, GAP. I'll go elsewhere thanks.

Why have opening times if they don't apply, several times we've went on a Saturday morning to get stuff and the business nor even open, ridiculous!! And as for getting through to sales non existing as was on the phone for 20mins with no answer!
