1st time i’ve used Jewson tool hire. Hole borer, practically brand new. What a thrill to hire a new, clean, working correctly machine and not some junk i’ve hired from other places in the past. I only have positive words for Matt & Aaron. Absolute legends who understand what good customer service is. The initial machine had something wrong with it, they went out of their way to source another one and deliver by the next morning. Will now be using this branch more often for my usual tool hires. I have hired Rotavator from Jewson Ruislip.. OMG what a pleasant experience from staff in the store.. I have no words to thank enough all the staff especially the staff who dealt with the hire ( I forgot his name but I think he is Mick, ) .. Definitely Jewson Ruislip is my first preference for related purchases and hiring tools.. Thank you team for the wonderful experience.. keep up the good work..
Can’t fault them asked for a same day delivery and they went out of their way to make sure it happened. Top team and I’ll definitely be using them again
Very please with customer service. My husband and needed some advice to help deciding to choose paving slabs. Sales man Barratt was excellent in addressing our concerns with out trying to push us to make a quick decision, he also was very patient with us answering all our questions despite it was time to close the store and his colleagues had already left home. We ended up making purchase at the same visit. I just hope the the slabs we chose won't fail us. Many thanks to you Barratt.
After 2 hours driving around builders merchants looking for similar bricks to continue a project we arrived and parked at Jewsons Ruislip. We got out to look at the bricks only to be yelled at by an older grey haired employee to move the car as he had a lorry coming. There was no hello can I help you, no please could you move your car. Added to this there was enough for 2 lorries to pass the car side by side. What ignorance we will never shop there again
Good store, but very poor service. Prices on the outdoor tiles are the best kept secret, unless you order they won’t tell you.... Andy is the most unhelpful, can’t be asked. Seems like they don’t want to sell it to you. Will go to Jewson in Watford to place my order. Customer service need improvement ASAP
