   A very good team all round. Shop looks full and presentable and lots of chose. The yard very tidy than my last visit. Prices are far. All staff are very helpful and can offer guidance. I am told on certain lines where I can buy cheaper. Good service and honest which makes me going back for my projects.

   Absolutely disgusted by the customer service received. I used W Hanson for our commercial project and coming from an industry where customer service is paramount this supplier could not be less customer focused. I was given information that was found not to be true and despite challenging a refund was the solution leaving me with the potential scenario for disappointing my customer. I would not recommend this a a supplier of your goods if reliability is something you need
