   Great bunch of staff and helpful management. Went in there to collect 10t of plasterboard for a west end client. Lorryloader offload couldn't be actioned due to access on site. Returned to depot for redelivery another day. These guys were accommodating and stored goods safely for 3 days. Collection again was hassle free and delivery went as planned cannot praise this depot highly enough!

   Needed materials for next day, typical. I ask for a quote. Fast quote, fast communication - thats brilliant. HOWEVER: Been informed I can't pay over the phone (£250 per transaction max). My order was circa £600. Been told they won't accept 3 payments over the phone. No chances for delivery next day - ok. Need to organise someone to pick up, transfer money to pay at the counter as no cash accepted - ok. Covering the additional costs - no problem. But on the day of pick up the order is only partly complete (some items out of stock despite clear discussion I would arrange someone to pick up next day... come on!!!). Reasoning behind it: "[...] We can't hold stock till payment is made and a customer has bought them before your payment was made. You asked me to hold the quote which means holding the price given not stock.[...]" Did I mention I wanted to pay over the phone?? Was I informed if I don't pay over the phone they will not secure stock for the next day? First and last time with CCF. This is a joke. 2 star experience.

   Yvonne is an absolute gem. Called the branch looking for some ceiling tiles that I have been struggling to find. Yvonne was polite and friendly and helped me immediately. I sent her over some photos and within minutes she had already contacted the manufacturer and got me a quote for the illusive tile. She made it stress free and easy going. I will definitely be reccomending CCF Harmondsworth for its excellent and extremely efficient workforce. Thanks again Yvonne!

   This branch of CCF is servicing a couple of our projects where materials are required on demand. My orders are satisfied promptly as they normally hold decent stock levels. Emma is my current contact, she is both efficient and helpful as are her colleagues.

   Excellent and very helpful staff. It was my first time at CCF Harmondsworth, and the staff especially Emma, Phil were very helpful,as was John who helped load my car was very professional. I phoned ahead to check stock, and CCF had plenty. I will definitely use CCF Harmondsworth in future.
